Trigonometry 17 Online
OpenStudy (anonymous):

Solve for Θ in the equation tan Θ = 2.42 when 180º < Θ < 360º. Round to nearest tenth of degree.

OpenStudy (zpupster):

on your calculator take 2.42 and inverse tan that will give you the degrees of theta but it will not satisfy 180< x< 360 add 180 to that now you should be ok check by taking the tangent oh that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1.) theta is an angle, so we use arc functions to get angle arctan (2.42)= 67.55 degrees 2.)Since tan period is pi 67.55 degrees+180 degrees= 247.55 degrees answer= 247.55 degrees
