Why is cytokinesis the shortest phase in cell division?

uhm, cytokinesis is the fastest phase in cell division, since the only thing that happens during this stage, is the splitting of the cytoplasm.

i think anaphase is the phase which only takes about 0.8 percent of the cell cycle to complete, which is the shortest time required out of all the phases.........
