In the recent past, what has made controlling malaria in Sierra Leone so difficult? There is no treatment for malaria. The many waterfalls in West African rivers make distribution of medicine impossible. Years of civil war have left the government unable to respond to malaria outbreaks. The French colonial government would not permit treatment for those infected.

I think it's B. Only because there is a treatment for Malaria but since water brings more mosquitoes, it makes it impossible to not get the disease.
