So you have growth rate of 2%. However, the stock is losing value each day, so the growth rate is negative. So you have a negative 2% growth rate. So instead of adding the growth rate to 1, you have to subtract the growth rate (1-.02=.98) The equation would be \[f(x)=22(.98)^{x}\] For part D you have two columns, I don't where the values in the second column are coming from so I'm much help there.
