m∠ROT = m∠ROS + m∠SOT
Add degrees, minutes and seconds separately.
If seconds go over 60, then subtract 60 from seconds and add 1 to minutes.
If minutes go over 60, then subtract 60 from minutes and add 1 to degrees.
