im pretty sure that the electrons are negatively charged, and they are found in the electron cloud, that surrounds the nucleus

neutrons have a neutral charge and are found in the nucleus, protons have a positive charge and are found in the nucleus as well, and electrons are negatively charged and fou in the electron cloud
