I really glad of your visit to the law firm last week. I have analyzed your case, the laws and court cases that are similar and relatable to your case. Based on my investigation, our firm has decided to take your case. In my point of view, it doesn’t matter what group or association are operating, they shouldn’t be able to decide any decisions upon themselves that will affect the community and them personally. They should be recommended to run a ballot, which the community and the members should have the opportunity to conclude what decisions are need to be taken.
The amendment that would be compared to your case would be the ninth amendment but I would think that the constitution or any type of form of it would relate to it in a better way or the Social contract theory.
