which one of those numbers under the radical is a perfect square? that is the one whose square root is rational.

You just have to find the square root of each one, and the one who does NOT have a decimal as an answer is the right one. :)
Lets try the first one. You have to find what 15 squared equals. To do this, just get a calculator and type in 15, and then the \[\sqrt\] sign.
