Average rate of change is basically like the calculating slope. you always start with the second point and then subtract the first point.
In this case the second point will be (12,8.75) and first point will be (4,2.75)
\[AOR=\frac{ 8.75-2.75 }{ 12-4}\] AOR=$0.75/week
