honestly, i like it because gatsby died at the end xD i really dont like it... because its more of idk, unconditional lovestory .. and about money.. power.. how people change because of money...and OH DAISY! >.< i hate her ..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Gabylovesyou that's okay s:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Data_LG2 exactly same here I liked it because it actually teaches life lessons like money cant buy you love or friends. Because in the book Gatsby attempts to woo Daisy with his lavish parties and home, but ultimately, he fails, mostly because Tom informs her of the truth, he made his fortune in an illegal manner bootlegging. Or like physical beauty is fickle and fleeting. Because when Daisy came into the story she seems more like a beautiful caricature of herself rather than an actual person. She flits and giggles and wins the heart of Gatsby, but ultimately leaves him in the dust in spite of his immense efforts

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the sad thing about it is that no one attended gatsby's funeral after all the people he invited to his parties, smh. this shows how life isn't about money. i read this book a long time ago so i just remember some parts i like lol. very well said @DrPepperx3 :)

@Data_LG2 I know smh and thank you :)
