OpenStudy (falinecullen):

Please help me with this question I need to pass the test. which element donates hydrogen ions when dissolved in water? A) Acids B)Bases C)Salts

OpenStudy (loinducoeur):

Maybe if you put this question in Chemistry, you'd get an answer. Besides, acids, bases and salts aren't really elements...

OpenStudy (loinducoeur):

Ignoring all of that though, the answer is acids. Salts don't even haven hydrogen ions in them, and bases usually accept rather than donate.

OpenStudy (falinecullen):

thank you there is your medal

OpenStudy (loinducoeur):

It's okay ^^

OpenStudy (falinecullen):

what is a covalent bond

OpenStudy (falinecullen):

OpenStudy (loinducoeur):

Did you get my message, replying to your question?

OpenStudy (falinecullen):
