first of all a solution will not have any kind of uneven distributions , and every mixure is not necessarily a solution ,so option (A) and (B) can be eliminated on basis of those ideas. so Solutions are mixtures with an even, or homogenous, distribution wihich is opt. (C) hope it helps :)
