I'm leaning towards D I think. A Adverb is word or phrase naming an attribute, added to or grammatically related to a noun to modify or describe it. This is tricky because it makes you think that the infinitive phrase is to college but it's actually to go because the infinitive phrase is always the first phrase. Just my opinion.
