In an elevator with an acceleration of 0.2g up, the force exerted on the floor by the passenger of mass m, is 1.2mg True or False?

True. You can picture and empty elevator moving at 0.2g easily. When something or someone is inside and going up, you can view the situation as the elevator dragging that thing/person. If you drag something straight up with constant velocity, you are exerting a force mg; but if you are also accelerating, you (as an elevator) will be exerting a force m(g+a). a in this turns out to be 0.2g.
