Okay, what is the best way to write a song? Do you use a rhyme scheme or just free verse?

OpenStudy (wwwhhhaaattt?):

Depends

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I use free verze I let my mind body heart and sole go into my words so my lyricrs are real so my fans or viwers can feel and hear the passion I put into the song then I let poepe look at it then I fix why I don't like or just keep it real

OpenStudy (hugsnotughs):

I think @melodicmusican5 can help. :D

OpenStudy (dulljackel09):

Your choice

@ZoeyLynne101 it doesn't necessarily have to be a rhyme, you can write a song about anything you wish which is good because when people listen to it they know you put a little bit of yourself into your own masterpiece!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Write what comes from the heart. That's what I do.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

When I write a song, I just wrote the lyrics that come to me and rearrange it later. If you mean like writing lyrics and the music then I don't know I can't write music.

Free Verse, then edit it. :)

It varies from person to person, but I would go with rhyme scheme personally, but yeah, what the first guy said, it all depends.....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It depends

OpenStudy (anonymous):

free verse

It is all about how YOU stumble across the inspiration. The method differs between each artist, but I use both. I let emotion take over, and I just let go. By the time I am done, I usually have a pretty good piece. Again, it is all about your mood and your inspiration.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would start out with free verse, then when you are done, maybe change the words a little to make if rhyme (if you want it to).
