Rajputs were - a. Ottoman advisors b. Rulers of small Indian kingdoms c. Military commanders of the Safavid Empire d. elite soldiers I honestly don't really know and I have tried looking it up but I can't find it (or in my text book) .. I think it's c but I am not sure. thanks :)

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

A rajput is a member of a Hindu military caste claiming Kshatriya descent. I would go with D because elite means a select part of a group that is superior to the rest in terms of ability or qualities. maybe since they were born to a specific family, they could have received special training? I don't know much about this, please let me know if you get it right or not. :/
