The larger quadrilateral became the smaller quadrilateral, so the scalar factor is a fraction of 1. Notice the length of QR, 10, became the length of Q'R', 5. What is 5/10 = ?

1/2 but it says P' Q' R' S' on the smaller and the question says P'Q'R'S so im confused
