Perfect square is a number made by squaring a whole number.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
for example 16 is a perfect square being it can be made by squaring 4-->4^2=16 one that is not a perfect square could be idk 2, 1.14... is not a whole number so that is not a perfect square.
