Which is the quickest way to change the font color in multiple, randomly located cells in a worksheet? Click the Format menu and select the AutoFormat option. Click the Font Color icon on the Formatting toolbar to change the font color of one cell, copy it with the Format Painter, and then paste it into each of the other cells. Hold down the Ctrl key, click on each cell, and then change the font color by clicking on the Font Color icon on the Formatting toolbar.
