The question seems to be asking which of the following is eaten with a spoon. Apple (la manzana) is obviously not eaten with a spoon. And out of the rest, vegetable soup (la sopa de verduras ) is the better choice because you MUST eat that with a spoon, unlike bacon (el tocino) and eggs (los huevos) in which you can eat with a fork as well.
