After you get the first title you will need 500 more medals. So you would need 550 medals in total to get the next title in that subject.

The smartcents is the sum of all the medals in all the subjects. The smartcents will not be an accurate depiction of the medals you have. You would have to calculate it by seeing the amount of medals in total in that subject.

Basically you would need a total of 50 medals to get the first title. Then you would need a total of 550 medals to get the second title. After that you would need a total of 3550 medals to get the third title.

Actually @confluxepic to get the second title you need to have a total of 500 medal in that subject but you will need 50 extra smartcents to get the next title. And same for the third. For the third title you need 3000 medals but an extra 3000 smartcents. Each smartcents you get comes from a medal.
