let's see..

1st choice: It is skewed to the right because of the presence of more number of days with lower temperatures than with higher temperatures.

right number of days=8+6+5+4=23 -> high temp
left number of days=4+3+2+1=10 -> low temp

as you can see there are MORE days with HIGHER temp than the number of days in lower temp.. so i dont think it is right
