Suggest a bill that you would want to propose to one of your representatives. In 3-5 sentences, summarize the content of the bill. Would the bill be more apporopriate for presentation to the Senate or the House of Representatives first? Why? Can someone explain the last part of this? What difference does it make where you propose it?
