Calculate the amount of DNA present in your sample if the absorbance at 260 is 0.3. Remember that an absorbance of 1.0 at 260 means the sample has 50 μg/ml of double-stranded DNA. I think the answer is 15 μg/ml but I'm not sure...does anyone know?
