This site is terrible and here's why:

1) Everything says it happened yesterday rather than "a few moments ago".

2) I occasionally can't respond or answer questions because for some reason the Post button hides behind the closed chats at the bottom.

3) Various common other things that constantly happen that sort of pop up off and on that I'm sure everyone is well aware of so no point in repeating.

I also use Google Chrome.

If you have any other problems you'd like me to add to the list or simply want to show support, say it. Also, save your excuses/defenses for OS, I don't care.

At night it's not too bad, but maybe because it's not flooding with people at this time, that's why but those problems you mentioned don't deal with the amount of people, but what do I know.

The dev team knows. They have been occupied with a long term solution to the orange war, which is better. So other changes/fixes have not been as much of a focus. But at least we know they are doing things because the orange war has been getting progressivly better.

Recent things I have passed on:

Oddities in post times.
The size of the client side memory use.
The hidden buttons.
Orange War updates...

I certainly agree that stability needs to be #1. Get rid of the site peoblems and it makes users happy.

Getting rid of trolls through assorted technological means is #2 in my book. They don't help at all.

New features is #3 as far as I am concerned.

Now, the company that runs OS has a slightly different take. They have to pay for the site. So they are pushing towards deviloping a micro economy as part of the mix. It takes priority at times. Not my personal choice, but I see where they are coming from.

I don't understand why the admins can't just give us an update on what they're doing haha, make it like every 3 months or something so we know they're working on the site.

I think I've seen this posted previously, but I definitely think that mods could stand to have more power or some kind of seniority system where you have different ranks of mods. Every now and then I see some problems that just seem like mods are helpless against with spammers.

Open the chat box. When you open it, there are two choices on the top: the minus sign to close it and a circle thing. Click that circle thing and be forever grateful for this suggestion. I'm grateful for when I found out this trick.

The bottom line is that the site has maintained a reputation for poor quality for a long time. At first I thought maybe I should give them a break, they're just people too. But it's pretty unacceptable.

@confluxepic Sorry to break it to you, but hoping that OS will change into a quality website is being foolish. The site has really only gotten worse and will continue to do so. The only thing keeping this site going these days are kids giving other kids answers without any actual studying going on.

this site needs to undownload whatever it put on here, because its like every day or two, i am always getting lost connection(spinning, spinning,.........still spinning) and i cant get on here, it needs fixed but i dont even know if they look at the feed back

I think it depends on how many people are on the site. You were on prime time where it's flooding with people, and I don't think their servers can handle such amount of people.

@arabpride @superhelp101 I have found that solutions always resolve themselves by sitting back, enjoying a good burrito, maybe cuddling some lollies and high fiving a squid, but thats just me. and yeah OS really does suck sometimes with technical glitches, and some moderators have no sense of humour and there are crepos like me on this site but OS is also really good sometimes; without OS i wouldnt have met 72 or Zamzam

oh yeah, lol i've also had warnings given to me for no reason lol, one time i was almost suspended for helping too much lol and another time for "giving a tour of my anatomy" or something like i think they legit send that to the wrong guy but yolo, i'm sweet with it
