well, it basically tells you what you should have in your diet but depending on what your diet is like then it depends but i would mostly say it is B. but if you workout alot then it could change, as having to consume more calories but just find a diet calculator or BMI calculator that will tell you how many calories you should be eating a day to be considered a healthy diet. like im 150 lbs. but i workout alot, so therefore my BMI is higher and is considered overweight but then my lean mass is also high so it doesnt really affect my overall appearence.
