does sweat in any form loose fat

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sweat does not indicate a higher fat burn.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so how is fat burned

OpenStudy (anonymous):

when we run we sweat and fat is burned

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes but your burning calories sweat is the natural response not to over heat

OpenStudy (anonymous):

agreed^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay calories and fats are different

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think so

OpenStudy (anonymous):

does calories doesnot deposit fat makes us fat

OpenStudy (anonymous):

calories are our basic unit of energy so you must have calories in your system to be able to run for a mile

OpenStudy (anonymous):

all fats give you calories, but all calorie providing foods are not fats.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so when calories are burnt fat is also burnt

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what ????

OpenStudy (anonymous):

'calories' is just a measure of energy. if you burn something, heat will emerge from chemical bonds. gasoline has a lot of calories, for instance. there are three main kinds of substance our body can burn: sugar, fat, proteins. all of those create calories worth of heat! now, as correctly stated before, sweating is a body reaction to heat. we sweat to maintain body temperature. the temperature rises because our muscles are inefficient and generate heat while working. burning fat does not directly correspond with you working out. mostly, short-term enery expenses are paid in burning sugar, because it is *much* quicker. but: if you, say, lift a lot of weight, then you will tear little scratches into your muscles. these need to be repaired, which costs energy and takes long. these kinds of energy expenses are 'paid' in burning fat. also, your muscle cells grow, which raises your basal energy consumption - which is financed through fat. to sum it up: when you burn fat, you probably do not sweat at the same time. fat metabolism is used for long-taking processes that don't require you to move at all, like repair and basal metabolism. calories is an energy unit, like Joule.
