sry wish i could help dont know

OpenStudy (igreen):

It wants you to multiply them. Can you multiply this? \((x + 6)(x^2 - 2)\)

OpenStudy (igreen):

@saarupp

OpenStudy (igreen):

To simplify that you multiply: x * x^2 = ? x * -2 = ? 6 * x^2 = ? 6 * -2 = ? Then you add & subtract them.

OpenStudy (igreen):

Get it? @saarupp

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x^3 -2x 6x^2 -12

OpenStudy (igreen):

Yes! We can put them all together: \(x^3 + 6x^2 - 2x - 12\) So what's our answer gonna be? @saarupp

OpenStudy (anonymous):

D

OpenStudy (igreen):

Yep!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you!! I understand this now. I just dont understand the order to put it in to multiply it

OpenStudy (igreen):

No problem.
