A skier is doing some spring skiing. She is on a 50° slope. She is experiencing no kinetic friction with the ground. Just a steady drag force of 150 N. She has a mass of 79 kg. a) What is the skiers weight? Assume g=10 m/s2 b) What is her acceleration down the hill? m/s2 c) Assuming she starts from rest, and maintains the acceleration calculated in part b all the way down the hill, and assuming she has a final speed of 57 m/s, how far did she travel? d) How long did it take her to get to the bottom?
