geerky42 (geerky42):

You know that \(\overline{PH}=\overline{PJ}\), right? So you have equation \(3x-6=x+2\) Solve for x then add it by 2 because \(\overline{PJ}=x+2\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont know how.... sadly

geerky42 (geerky42):

You need to isolate x, so you need all x moved to one side, other things move to other side. So maybe start by subtract both sides by x, then add both sides by 6 So you should have \(3x-x = 2+6\)

ok

geerky42 (geerky42):

Know what to do now?
