Too many. It depends, obama allows illegal immigrants through the border, probably thousands of illegal immigrants, about 1000 legal peeps.

Mexico`s doors are not open. There are thousands that are denied from all over Central and South America. People that want to Migrate to Mexico are routinely denied. There are tight restrictions on Central Americans for those that are seeking better living conditions.
Americans are NOT the only people that desire to live and migrate to Mexico. They do Not need too many immigrants as the Underemployment rate is 25%
There are hundreds of countries in Asia that have to apply for an official Visa just to visit for fear they may stay. Mexico does not need to be overrun with immigrants as is the case in the USA.
Mexico`s economy is the envy of Latin America and certainly Mexico is not going to allow every potential immigrant to just walse on in and take a Mexican`s job.
Immigrants that have money can migrate if they meet the financial requirements. That can be an income of 250x the minimum wage or a good amount of money to satisfy La Migra that you will not become a financial burden.
Mexico does not need immigrants and have strict policies just as every other country in the world.
Even the FM3 is non immigrant and is a Visa that allows a foreigner to reside there on a yearly basis. They must provide proof of income or money to renew the FM3 each and every year. Then they have satisfied Mexico that they are not going to be a burden and MAY apply for and FM2 and be on the path to immigrate to Mexico.
