i think they are asking for our opinion, and most of your workouts are based by personality. because in the beginning you start yourself to get used to doing that activity and then you get better at what you are doing. idk if thats what you are asking, and when you workout it could change your personality/ mood because it relieves stress i guess, idk it depends on what type of person you are. But i would say maybe like a type of anarobic/ or aerobic exercises well some are more of stretches, but ALL workouts include some type of your personality influence, so yeah maybe you should of put some specific topics up and i could of helped you more thoroughly.
