well it usually depends what your workout is like, as what you are going towards on your goals. so it could go many ways like well you always need a warm up, snack break maybe after your workout if you use weights, like eat protein or something in that category, drink a cup of milk,etc. just stay in unsaturated fats. like start out low then work up by reps and sets but add 5lbs after every 2-4 weeks

if you do strength then you need all of the ones that have strength or involve muscle use. which would be cardio respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, power lifting, muscular strength, warm up.

or for an easy workout then you could go for: warm up, cardio respiratory endurance,etc. which would be like anarobic/aerobic exercises which are workouts with air and without like throughout the body.
