What are the coordinates of the vertex of the function below? Write your answer in the form (x,y). y+9=-6(x+2)^2

OpenStudy (ikram002p):

this is parabola , the general form of a parabola of (a,b) vertex is (y-b)=c(x-a)^2

OpenStudy (ikram002p):

so if u compare btw this formula and ur equation , a=-9 b=-2 c=-6 thus vertex is (-2,-9)
