I worked this out so far, I just need to find the restriction.
(9x^2 − 25) / (3x − 5)
= (3x − 5) (3x + 5) / (3x − 5)
= 3x + 5

A hole occurs, when both the numerator and denominator equal zero for the same x value.  Thus, the numerator and denominator will have a common factor. Do you see the common factor?
