Be sure to attach the safety chain when securing for towing...  hmmm... guess it depends on what sort of securing you mean.  

Anyhow, it is not a feedback topic.  

As for why there is no Drivers Ed topic, that is simple.  The laws are different in most states and certainly in different countries.  This means that on an international web site, well, you could get some really bad answers.
