at first find the equation of the line which goes through the points A(3,-4) and C(-4,3) the slope = (3+4)/(-4-3)=-1 so the equation is y-3=-1(x+4) y=-x-4+3 y=-x-1 and now to choose the correct answer sabstute the choices in the equation A) (0,0) is false since 0 is not equal to -1 B) (1,0) is false since 0 is not equal to -2 C) (0,-1) is true since -1 =-0-1=-1 so the answer is C
