I notice that when I am copying and pasting text on a thread that I am working on, I lose the formatting. What i mean by that, if i have formulas spaced out (entered and tabbed), I loses all that information when i copy paste, it becomes word wrapped paragraph with no enter/tab justification. Lately I have typing into a notepad file as an intermediate step to keep things justified, which is inefficient, since I constantly make updates to open study threads (without going back to edit the notepad file).
@Preetha Sorry i dont mean to nuisance by tagging you, not sure who else to tag.
@c0decracker
I'm also experiencing the same thing. I wish the admins can fix this asap as it has been bugging me for quite a bit.
Hmmm. Anyone else see this? Tell me more - what browser?
another problem
i can type again but the problem is i lost what i wrote on draw
@Nnesha this is the same problem here with me too... it can be resolved by refreshing the page.... just check it....
yeah i know that but i lost the draw things ' then i have to re write again on draw
Yeah a thousand times this, what @Nnesha said. That's probably the most annoying glitch to have come out of nowhere lately. In fact, that's why it's #2 on this active thread @Preetha : http://openstudy.com/study#/updates/5451d48fe4b0a717ff60115d
@Preetha This is not a glitch persay, it is how the program copies pastes. lets say I post a comment like this testing testing testing NOw if i copy and paste the above, in the next comment, it will 'word wrap' it.

I use justification (return, tabs, etc) often in my comments, for purposes of readability and clarity. so if i copy and paste a previous formula lets say, i have to go back and manually press return at each place i need a new line, which is time consuming. also it would be nice to be able to edit previous comments as well. but i wanted to focus on this copy paste word wrap phenomenon.
i dont know the precise term for this, it loses formatting when you copy paste?
