at x=1 it has an infinite discontinuity at x=2 it has a jump discontinuity (i don't know if these r the correct names in english)

These names are correct.
OpenStudy (aum):
The discontinuity at x = 1 is sometimes called an asymptotic discontinuity. At x=2 it has a jump discontinuity.
