If he took the easy way, he used a calculator to see what the decimal number is. But if he took the hard way then he used the least common denominator method.

well she took the easy way and divided numerator by denominator, and saw that there is negative sign. So no matter how bigger is number in positive but if it have negative sign then that number is smallest.

Ok, thank you guys. I had the gist of it before I asked but I was just stuck on the last part of the process. I didn't know there was an easy way :p
