Not without a calculator or approximation techniques, since this doesn't factor. If you really want an answer by hand without just punching it into some tool that could solve it, you could do Newton's Method if you're familar with calculus, or you could use mean value theorem and slowly narrow down what your solutions may be, but it'd take a while to get that to a good degree of accuracy.
