The angles XYZ and XYW form 180 degrees added together so first we need to find XYW.
Given that YWX=38 and WXY=90 we can figure out the measure of XYW knowing that a triangle has 180 degrees.
<x +<w + <y = 180 90 + 38 + y = 180 128 + y = 180 y = 180 - 128 = 52 degree <y = xyw xyw + xyz = 180 straight lne 52 + xyz = 180 xyz = 180 - 52 = 128
