9. A. Matrix A gives the number of cutting boards that Monique and Shondra contracted to make in August. Matrix B gives the number of wood strips needed to make each style. B. Walnut costs $1.50 per strip, maple costs $.85 per strip, and cherry costs $1.10 per strip. Write matrix C to represent these costs. Use matrices A, B, and C and matrix multiplication to fi nd the total cost of Monique’s wood and of Shondra’s wood. Show the matrix product you used. Th en describe your solution method.
