If you read the poem, it would be easy to catch the rhythm patters right away. if you read the first two lines of the first stanza, trees and ease rhyme (aa) then comes the word human race (b) and race doesn't rhyme with the words I listed above. So the rhythm patters for the first stanza or three lines is aab. Do you understand how to do the rest by yourself.
