OpenStudy (anonymous):

Find f(x) if f(2) = 3 and the tangent line at x has slope (x − 1)e^x^2 − 2x.

OpenStudy (freckles):

\[m=(x-1)e^{x^2}-2x\] that is m or y'?

OpenStudy (freckles):

m meaning slope

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

I think it might be \[\Large m = (x-1)e^{x^2-2x}\]

OpenStudy (freckles):

that would be tons easier because I don't think I could have helped integrating e^(x^2) part

OpenStudy (freckles):

if it is what jim said you will first need to integrate m (or if you called it y') w.r.t x you can use a sub on the exponent

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes it is the slope.
