drink water eat veggies and have protein and nutrient that supply your body with energy.
well find a diet plan, like go towards a goal, but just find a diet calculator and put your info in, it should tell you how much you should be eating for your weight but i workout alot so i eat about eight meals a day including snacks, but you have too go towards a certain meal plan, like if you lift,etc. then you need alot of meats, and all the other healthy foods like try to follow the food pyramid but dont think oh it says this so that means i need to eat all these today because thats not true that just helps diet

but dont go towards the advice "oh i should only eat 500 calories a day thing" like breakfast~500 cal. lunch~450 cal. snack~300-350 cal. dinner~500-600 cal. idk your supposed to have the majority of calories for breakfast and lunch, but you can for dinner too but as long as its good for you. but i wouldnt suggest eating white bread because its technically not good for you unless you workout alot so you can eat some bad foods then if you do worout constantly in which i mean 2-3 days a week
but i dont mean to eat 'bad foods' every once a week, like plan ahead for christmas, thanksgiving,etc. like that can be a cheat day or maybe a piece of choclate once in a while wont hurt but dark chocolate is really good with you and yeah alot of protein but euh, i would say you should prob. ask your doctor or find another calculator that will tell you howw much protein you should be eating a day like it all depends on weight but my book says to make 50-75% of your diet protein which is about 100-250 grams per day but this is only towards my diet since i workout alot, but i wouldnt think it would matter but thats alot of protein for one day for if you dont workout. and bad foods will cause you to have cravings which will also lead to energy loss. and your meals should be a little more bigger than a portional size
