PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP! WILL GIVE MEDAL/FAN! URGENT! China and Japan turned away from contact with foreigners beginning in 1450. Which was NOT a reason for doing this? I'm pretty sure it is C, because Japan was (and still is) way more advanced than most other countries. Keeping their culture, economy, and traditional beliefs from falling was their main priority.
