If people want to challenge the decision of a trial court, they can request the case to be heard next by the Court of Appeals. Highest Court. Supreme Court Trial Court.

I'm sorry, my internet glitched momentarily, I am not one hundred percent sure, but I'd say either Supreme Court or Court of Appeals. I am highly leaning toward Court of Appeals though.
