If I got answers already on the History group, I wouldn't even bother putting this question up in mathematics.

the thing is most ppl in math group are interested in math, so the chances for getting a history question answered is very less

That's the point. Most users here, I would probably say are lazy, and asking questions already without even working out the problem.
