Really could use some help!! Formal amendments may be proposed and ratified by four different methods. Explain each of the four methods, which may be followed for a formal amendment to the Constitution.

1.] an amendment may be proposed by a two thirds vote in each house of the congress and ratified by three0fourths of the state legislatures. 2.] an amendment may be proposed by by congress and then ratified by conventions, called for that purpose, in three fourths of the states . 3.] an amendment may be proposed by a national convention, called by the congress at the request of two thirds of the state legislatures- today, 34. 4.] an amendment may be proposed by a national convention and ratified by the conventions in three fourths of the states.
